Customers receive our services in person at our physical spa location in Islamabad. They book appointments online or via phone, and then visit our facility to receive their scheduled massage or spa treatments.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Appointments can be booked through our website or by phone at +92 301 0372333.
We require at least 2 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Services and Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Services are provided only at our physical location: Aslam Business Center, E11 Main Double Rd, F.E.C.H.S., Islamabad.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash, and other payment methods as specified at our location.

Health and Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your treatment.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for the client.
Pregnant clients should consult with their healthcare provider before booking massage services.
Our therapists are professionally trained and certified. All treatments are non-sexual in nature.

You agree not to misuse our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website.

Limitation of Liability
